What’s coaching like?
The first session will be a “let’s get to know you” meeting. We’ll talk about your food and eating history and what you’re struggling with. Then we’ll map out major themes based on those struggles and collaborate on goals to address these areas. This will be what guides our work together. And no worries, if goals change or new things come up, that’s okay too!
Follow-up session(s): We’ll check-in about what came up for you since the previous session, talk about what worked, troubleshoot what didn’t, and discuss at least one actionable item for you to focus on until the next session.
My coaching services and offerings are a shared space and collaborative effort rather than a passive experience or something that just happens to you. Your time, energy, and resources are a precious investment. If you’re still building the capacity for this work, this might not be what you’re looking for and that’s okay! I’m happy to point you to resources that may be a better fit.

Identify and challenge internalized beliefs about eating and diet culture that keep you stuck
- identifying current beliefs and behaviors, understanding the underlying need(s) it communicates and exploring a different way to meet the need(s)
Attune and reconnect with hunger and fullness cues
- greater interoceptive awareness, how to identify hunger/fullness, learning about the different types of hunger
Feel more relaxed when and after eating
- less guilt or shame, learning how to move through the big emotions without overwhelm and with more ease
Practice flexible eating that doesn’t sacrifice health or enjoyment
- develop an eating rhythm works for you rather than forcing yourself to fit into a diet
- discover what healthy eating and well-being look like without obsession
Bring the you back into food so that eating (and living) ultimately comes from a place of values alignment
- Focusing on what’s important to you about this work and letting it anchor you through any challenge
Build confidence using the skills you’ll take away from sessions
- You have a safe space to experiment and practice here :)
